We believe in One eternally existing God who created all things. We believe in one God eternally existing as one essence and three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, each of whom is fully God, yet there is one God. God is perfect in love, power, holiness, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, justice, and mercy. He is unchangeable and therefore is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

God has revealed himself to us through his son, Jesus Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God, through the holy scriptures, and through all of creation itself.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God s one and only Son, our one and only Saviour. Jesus was born both fully human and fully divine, conceived of the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, suffered and was crucified. Jesus died and was buried, and rose again bodily from the dead on the third day. Jesus ascended into Heaven and now sits at the right hand of the Father.

Jesus Christ came to reconcile us to God. He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. He was raised from the dead and now by grace offers eternal life as a free gift to all who follow Christ. That is why salvation can be found in Christ alone.

We believe that our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is expressed by calling on His Name in the waters of baptism. Water baptism is an act of obedience identifying with Jesus in death to sin, burial of the old nature, and resurrection to new life. We are baptized for the remission of our sins.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is active in the world today. Being filled with the Holy Spirit and developing the life characteristics produced by His indwelling are the privileges of all New Testament believers.

The Church is meant to be the visible body of Christ sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are a Spirit-filled church and a bible-based church.

We believe Communion is the commemoration of the sacrifice of the body and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ until He comes. All who confess faith in the Lord Jesus Christ are invited to share in communion.

Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge both the living and the dead and to usher in the fullness of God s kingdom on earth.
