Bisimua is deeply passionate about fostering community transformation and witnessing individuals encounter the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

Since August 2018, he has been devotedly serving as the Senior Pastor at West Victory Church. He takes immense joy in being a part of a church community that wholeheartedly reaches out to those distant from God, nurtures disciples who, in turn, multiply disciples, and leaves a profound impact on our local community and beyond for Jesus Christ.

Before assuming the role of Senior Pastor at West Victory Church, he engaged in church planting initiatives in The Democratic Republic of Congo and served as a pastor in various congregations across the DRC.
